Incorrect invoice!


Dear Sir/Madam,


I am an employee in the Marketing and Sales Department of Paper and Pen and I am writing a letter of adjustment to your company.


First of all, I apologize for the inconvenience regarding your order. The first problem is that you ordered four interactive whiteboards WB5, but you received 2 whiteboards and 10000 pencils.


That was a big mistake on our part.


Supplementary to this mistake we sent your company an invoice for four interactive whiteboards WB5. I would like to apologize again, but it was the fault of our practical trainee. I know that you are bitterly disappointed about our company’s service.


It seems only fair that you sent us back all pencils and in return we sent you the missing two whiteboards WB5. If this is not in your mind we also can sent you an invoice for the two interactive whiteboards and you get the pencils for free.


I hope that one of these solutions are on your mind.

Letter of complaint to the restaurant manager:

Dear Sir or Madam,


I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received in your restaurant last Friday.

I was there with my husband for dinner and we had reserved a table.

My first complaint was that we were given a table in front of the toilet.

Even if we had reserved a table no one else was free anymore. Furthermore, we were forced to leave at 10 p.m., because someone else had also booked the same table. That was not all!

We had to wait 20 minutes to be served and only after the long time a waiter came to us and said that our order was not available anylonger. So, we had to order something else. That took a lot of time again.


To make the matters worse, there was no response when I asked to speak to the manager of the restaurant so I am forced to write to make you aware of these unfortunate incidents.


As a result, I want an apology from you and at the same time I would appreciate if you gave me a full refund.


I look forward to hearing from you within the next few days otherwise you will hear from my lawyer.
